Velocity’s leadership programs follow the 70/20/10 framework…we know that only 10% of learning happens in the classroom. That’s why our programs are designed to encourage learning through peer-to-peer interactions (cohort model) and on the job (frameworks, toolkits and relevant team projects). 
Interweaving real-world challenges, competency frameworks, and performance targets, our workshops become more than just off-the-shelf content…it becomes relevant for participants in a meaningful way. In between each workshop, there is a cohort call, reinforcing the learnings and allowing for peer-to-peer dialogue on lessons learned. Many of our clients provide a real-life project for the groups to work on and present their findings at the end of the program to senior leadership.
