Leadership Programs

Velocity’s leadership programs are dynamic and interactive workshops, combined with on the job integration activities along with toolkits and relevant frameworks to help make the learning “sticky”. 

Velocity’s leadership programs follow the 70/20/10 framework…we know that only 10% of learning happens in the classroom. That’s why our programs are designed to encourage learning through peer-to-peer interactions (cohort model) and on the job (frameworks, toolkits and relevant team projects).

What does a typical program look like?

Often times these programs are targeted to managers and leaders in the business that need the extra push in becoming great leaders. Each workshop is facilitated by a subject matter expert on the topic and is tailored to support your organizational needs. Interweaving real world challenges, competency frameworks and performance targets, our workshops become more than just off the shelf content…it becomes relevant for participants in a meaningful way. In between each workshop there is a cohort call, reinforcing the learnings and allowing for peer-to-peer dialogue on lessons learned. Many of our clients provide a real-life project for the groups to work on and present their findings at the end of the program to senior leadership.
