1. Sponsor: This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Velocity Advisory Group (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn.
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older, at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM EST on December 17, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 22, 2024. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter. Participants may enter by following the Velocity Advisory Group LinkedIn page, liking and sharing the holiday post, and tagging a friend. Limit one entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor. The selection will be conducted on or around December 23, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Prize: The winner will receive a pair of Bose QuietComfort Earbuds, valued at $179.00 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
8. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned due to technical or other issues. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability related to their participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.
9. Publicity Release: By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
10. Privacy: Any personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
